Cadet Program

The Sarah Cadet Program offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious students currently undertaking studies in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines. Our Cadet Program offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop essential skills in a real-world construction environment. This is the perfect starting point for those looking to build a career with Sarah.

Student Immersion Program

Our Student Immersion Program gives young minds, students of Year 10 and 11, a taste of the construction industry, providing practical experience and insights that lay the foundation for future success. This South Australian based program for high school students provides real world experience with site tours, industry talks and work experience.

Graduate Program

The Sarah Graduate Program is designed to fast-track your career in construction. Start your career as a recent Graduate at Sarah, with structured training, mentorship, and diverse on-the-job experiences, and you’ll be well-prepared to become a future leader in the industry. Over 12 months, you'll gain valuable multi-disciplinary, hands-on experience across key areas of our business, with the potential to continue at Sarah after the program.

Trainee Programs

Our Trainee Programs offer in-depth training and development for individuals with a passion for construction, helping you build the skills needed for a successful career. Designed for individuals with on-the-job experience or trade qualifications, these programs run for approximately 12 to 18 months and provide comprehensive training and development in key areas.

Sarah Internships & Paid Placements

Our internships and paid placements are an opportunity for South Australian university students from Adelaide University (previously UniSA and University of Adelaide) to gain valuable industry experience over the span of 12-weeks, helping you build connections and gain insights that will propel your career forward with a strong foundation in the construction industry.
